In 2018 Merks was the session partner of Baltic Real Estate Leaders Forum and in 2019 the partner for the whole conference. Baltic Real Estate Leaders Forum is one of the biggest real estate and investment events in the Baltics, where real estate managers, investors and experts meet to discuss market trends and future developments of the industry.
