Twelve 3-, 4- and 6-story buildings with a total of 137 apartments were built in the first phase of the project. Almost all apartments have balconies or terraces, some of the first-floor apartments have private green areas. Parking and storage facilities have been planned in the underground parking lot, which is accessed by lifts from all the residential buildings. In the center of the buildings, the private courtyard is designed with a diversely landscaped recreation and play areas with traffic routes it.
The courtyard of the Uus-Veerenni Residential Block won the annual award from the Association of Landscape Architects in the courtyard category in 2020.
