The contract included the demolition of the old dormitory of Rakvere Vocational School and construction of a new, nearly zero energy compliant building with four storeys and room for 200 students. In addition, a multifunctional sports court and a bicycle storage room were built, along with a parking lot for residents of the accommodation and guests.
