At the end of 2023, an apartment building with 148 apartments and 11 storefronts will be completed at Allveelaeva 4 next to the marina at Noblessner. The sizes of the one- to four-room apartments in the energy class B building range from 28 to 104 square metres. The parking spaces are located on the first floor and below-ground level of the building, leaving room in the interior courtyard for a playground and atmospheric backyard environment.

With spacious roof decks, higher than average ceilings and ceiling to floor windows, the building’s architecture was designed by the office of PLUSS. The same team of architects was also responsible for the design of Noblessner’s outdoor areas and the first modern Staapli residential buildings. Allveelaeva 4 continues the same kind of enjoyable, people-friendly style that started in Staapli. The interior architecture is by EEOO Studio.
