Lidl is one of the largest retailers in Europe who has entered the Latvian market, and the new logistics centre is the heart of their local branch, ensuring fast and effective delivery of products to Lidl stores across Latvia.
The work included the construction of a 51,000 m2 logistics centre and office premises. The building uses innovative heating solutions, most advanced waste sorting systems and other technological advantages that make the centre one of the most modern in the Baltics. The work also included construction of a new, almost 1.5 km long street which serves the needs of the logistics centre and the surrounding neighbourhood.
