Construction on sections 4–6 of the south-eastern border of the Republic of Estonia included the construction of border infrastructure along a 34.7-kilometre section of the border in Võru County. Construction of the border segment begins in the Village of Tserebi, on the southern shore of Lake Vanigõjärv, and end in the Village of Võmmorski.
The lead partner in performing the work was AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and the partner is AS GRK Eesti.
AS Merko Ehitus Eesti and GRK Eesti AS also built the first stage of the south-eastern border together, during the course of which the border infrastructure along a 23.5-kilometre section of the border – at the point where the borders of Estonia, Latvia and Russia meet, and continuing on to the village of Tserebi – was completed in 2022.
