With the construction of several civil engineering facilities, we have made a major contribution to road safety and with the completion of this junction, driving on Tallinn Ring Road and in its vicinity became safer and smoother for more than 11,000 vehicles daily. During the construction of Juuliku junction, Tallinna Teede AS reconstructed the section of Tallinn Ring Road between Kanama and Saku overpasses on kilometres 24.1–29.6 into a class 1 road with two lanes in both directions. On the new road, we built a 3.35 km section of Juuliku-Tabasalu link road with Juuliku gradeseparated junction, and closed the dangerous Jälgimäe junction. The construction works of the junction included building of three overpasses and three bridges.

The work was performed by a consortium consisting of AS Merko Ehitus Eesti, AS Merko Infra ja Tallinna Teede AS.
