The new 11,000 m² Tokvila centre is equipped with a used car sales salon, car body repair shops with offices and technical premises, as well as a trade and storage space for rent.
Savanorių Avenue exhibits more than 250 used cars under the roof, which will be complemented by convenient customer service and specialised photography spaces.
The A++ energy-efficient building will use geothermal energy for heating and cooling and will reduce CO2 emissions. Efficient dust filtration and collection equipment will be used during the preparation of the cars for painting, and harmless, water-based paints will be used during the painting. In the future, it is planned to install solar modules on the roof of the building.
