In the 4th stage of the Quadrum Business City office development project, we built a new office building Quadrum South in the central part of Vilnius. The 9-floor building with 11,000 m² of space is an everyday working environment for approximately a thousand people. The building has an underground carpark.
Quadrum is the first business centre in Lithuania designed and built in accordance with the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method). It received a certificate with an excellent evaluation which is the highest BREEAM rating for a business centre in Lithuania.
