In late 2014, three four-storey apartment buildings with a single design were completed on Paepargi street in the Lasnamäe district of Tallinn. They are built of strong reinforced concrete elements, the buildings have attractive, multi-coloured solutions with architecturally distinct sections, and a uniform system of balconies with glass doors at the same time as the rest of the construction. The buildings have energy class B and are equipped with high-quality heating and ventilation systems, have carefully designed floor plans, are light-filled and boast a high level of finishing (parquet, interior doors veneered in the right tone, bathrooms have fixtures and other furniture).
The integrated development in the Paepargi district is located in a living environment of cultural and environmental value and good infrastructure on the border of the city centre and Kadriorg district. What was once a limestone quarry is now an attractive pond and its vicinity is a well-groomed park replete with foundation, bridge, observation decks, playground and bike paths. There is also an outdoor exercise station and lawn bowling greens.
