New apartment building in the centre of Nõmme

We are launching an exclusive development project next to the central square in Nõmme, during the course of which an elegant apartment building with commercial premises will be completed next summer. The sale of apartments and commercial premises will start soon.

The Nõmme 328 residential development project (merko.ee/nomme328) includes the reconstruction of the five-storey historical building located next to the central square in Nõmme, at Pärnu mnt 328, and the construction of a new section of the building next to the former militia school. A total of 38 apartments and 6 commercial premises will be located in the wings of the building, which are connected via a staircase, lift hall and gallery. The sizes of the apartments range from 38 to 218 square meters and the sizes of the commercial premises range from 91 to 336 square meters.

The apartment building will be completed in the summer of 2022. As is typical of Merko’s developments, the courtyard belonging to the building will be landscaped and recreation and play areas for residents of the building will be built there. Parking spaces are located in the basement of the building.
